Over nearly three decades, Vinod Bidarkoppa has built and led technology at the scale of the world’s largest enterprises. Most recently he was Executive Vice President & Chief Technology Officer of Walmart International, leading technology across operations in 18 countries — and earlier, Chief Technology Officer of Sam’s Club, where he reimagined the supply chain with robotics, AI computer vision, and predictive analytics.
His path runs through retail, healthcare, and aviation, with senior roles at UnitedHealth Group, Future Group, Tesco, and Hewlett-Packard, and early years in airline technology. Through every chapter his conviction has held: the best technology is invisible and people-led, and it should be judged by the outcomes it creates.
